We had a great experience
We had a great experience. We visited the store three separate times in the decision making process and had a separate salesperson each time. They were all incredibly helpful but not at all pushy. Highly recommend.

Excellent service & choice
The store as very well laid out; there is a very large range of sofas in many different styles, from traditional to modern, Scandi & mid century. Sofas also available in a wide range of colours fabrics, and sizes.
The staff were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and i was very happy with my experience. I would highly recommend Sofology to anyone considering purchasing a new sofa.

No pressure sales and good quality sofas
We were just happy with the way the staff helped us .Carl was so helpful and explained everything to us . The end result was that we only went to look but in the end we brought two sofas .

As soon as we entered the building we were welcomed. We were not pestered at all and had a good look around. We left to look at other places but returned to check on a sofa we liked. We left to have a think. We returned again and was greeted. We spoke to a young man each time who was brilliant. We chose two sofas and paid. Everything was so easy. A great experience.

Really comfy sofas and great staff
