We visited Sofology a few times and received excellent service from Drew. He was extremely helpful and took the time to understand our needs completely. We knew we wanted a corner reclining sofa, and he guided us through the options to help us narrow it down. Each time we returned, Drew was consistently welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive. His approach made the whole process much easier, and we really appreciated his help.

I bought an arm chair which I wanted to take home that day. They insisted they would deliver it two weeks later.
They kept delaying delivery and lost it. THREE MONTHS LATER it was delivered damaged. I had tried to get it sooner but it seems by malice they just delayed it further and further. If this is the delay for a ready to deliver arm chair then I hate to think what happens to sofas and three piece suits that are made to order. See other reviews where people wait months and get messed around. Sofology are not worth the risk.
Before Sofology put a standard generic response please can they write what they are going to do to avoid this happening again?
