Great customer service, friendly team. We went in store initially but then had some issues with the order (technical issues online!) which they dealt with perfectly over the phone. Very efficient and professional while maintaining a charismatic attitude.

We had a fantastic experience at Sofology (Inverness) thanks to our salesman Aaron. He knew the range extremely well and took the time to really listen to what we were looking for. He wasn’t pushy at all, gave us plenty of space to decide, and made thoughtful suggestions that genuinely suited our needs. The whole process felt relaxed and well-informed, and we’re delighted with our sofa. Excellent service from start to finish.

Julie was amazingly patient knowledgeable and honest. She allowed me all the time I needed to try all sofas I wanted to and explained every detail and benefit of leather versus material etc
I didn't feel rushed or forced to purchase and she was patient and helpful allowing me to look carefully at colour choices and decide on the best options. .
