It was an older salesman that we spoke…
It was an older salesman that we spoke to, and when we originally came in he wasn’t trying to rush a sale. Came back on the following Tuesday and was so helpful, was discussing my wedding , buying a house and everything inbetween . Was nice to actually just have a conversation than just trying to get money out of you. Which was a lovely change. Bought the sofa I wanted and walked out smiling and laughing after our conversation.

Super experience every time we visiited
When I first visited the Birstall store I didn’t feel any pressure, just assistance whenever I needed it. Lots of advice given for my style shape of living room. When I eventually decided on my purchase more advice provided with no heavy sell. Can’t wait to see my new sofa! Thank you to everyone in the store, it was a very pleasant experience.
