Friendly atmosphere

It was a pleasure to meet one of the staff here in Reading Showroom. I don't remember her name but she was very friendly and easy to speak with, assisted me with the ordering process.

I have already received my order and it was exactly delivered around the same time it was mentioned while placing the order.

Will visit again.

Went to the Sofology in Reading and ended up buy a lovely sofa. Really reasonably priced. Molly was really helpful and nice, not pushy but very informative. I'm really happy with my decision and experience thanks to her help. Would definitely recommend.

Our experience was really good. We weren't intending to even buy anything we were just gping to look, but Sarah made us feel so comfortable and understood . So we just decided to buy.. she was patient, knowledgeable and explained everything really well.

The assistance within the shop worked together as a team providing knowledge and support - it did not feel like a pushy sales environment

On arrival in the store on three occasions, we were greeted warmly by friendly staff, but then given time to look at the ranges without any pressure. Alaa who served us when we ready to order, was brilliant; she spent time listening, discussing colour schemes and patiently helping us in our choices.

Yaser was determined to find the furniture that suited our needs as we are downsizing. After a lot of patience he found just the right size furniture for us!

No pressure from staff, time to wander round and try things. When staff did approach they were polite and very informative.

We have not yet had delivery, but hopefully that will prove good too! I understand that the products are delivered in parts to ease delivery.

Humza was really helpful in the store. He helped us to figure out the right sizing of the sofas we needed for our living room and was patient with us while we talked through different options. He even told us to contact him directly if we had any questions post-purchase.

Great experience, felt listened to rather than pushed into buying. Staff was very professional and friendly but without being invasive. Also made sure we understood what we were committing to when making our purchase.

Went in to the Reading branch on the Forbury Retail Park and was greeted by Zishan. He was very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. He took my through all of the important information and even helped me save some money by recommending a more comfortable and cheaper sofa.

Great customer service and I would highly recommend Zishan and Sofology.
