I recently visited and couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. Garry, our sales rep, was absolutely fantastic, he took the time to really understand what the mrs was looking for, answered every question we had with patience and genuine knowledge, and went the extra mile to measure up and confirm which sofas would actually fit our space before making any recommendations. We left feeling completely confident in our purchase. If you’re sofa shopping, ask for Garry, you won’t be disappointed!

They have variety of designs and styles to choose from and the customer service is very good.

Very knowledgeable, gave us time to walk around the store and offered us help and if we needed information on anything. We spoke that we needed to check measurements on a chair. And that we would be back. All this made us return to purchase !

The staff were well informed on the sofa we wanted to buy. The suite was a good price and excellent quality.

Buying with sofology was easy and straight forward. Getting financing at zero percent is smooth. The delivery was great, they came in, set up the sofa and took all packaging away.

A very good range of sofa's at competitive prices. The Sofology team were proactive and helped us find the right sofa at the right price.

We visited a few other showrooms before going into Sofology and they didn't seem to provide the variety of styles that Sofology had to offer.

The service in store was excellent. The downside that disappointed me was being charged so much to deliver an expensive 2 seater Sofa 5 miles to Windsor when we have spent thousands of pound with your company over the last few years. I will be honest, it does turn me off for future purchases.
