Shanelle was very helpful and knowledgeable from the moment we walked in. We have limited space for a sofa and she was incredibly helpful, letting us know what she thought would work well. We couldn’t recommend enough!

We saw a sofa in your shop a few weeks back and fell in love with the style, we went back a few weeks after and met a lovely member of staff who welcomed us and offered us great service from start to finish, We were asked what we were looking for and once we said Dog friendly sofa, as our Dog was in the car, she welcomed us to go and get our Dog. Whilst going through the purchase, the lady was helpful from start to finish. Overall great service, very welcoming throughout.

The instore experience was excellent. Kai from the Swindon store was excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The cup of tea provided was also a nice touch. He kept me in the loop, although I couldn't go ahead with the purchase.

All the staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable and not pushy. They ensured I was looked after, had space to sit and "decide" on the sofa and even allowed me to bring my dog in which I was thought was very forward thinking. Shanelle was my main point of contact and was absolutely brilliant although Kye (forgive spelling on both names!) was great too. Highly recommend

Ordered our sofa on 15 feb, we got given a delivery date for today 18.03.26 and was given a timeframe of 1:40-4:40. we received a call at 4:53 where the driver advised they can’t deliver as it’s outside of their driving hours? A call earlier would’ve been appreciated?
Not to mention we’ve received countless misinformation regarding the delivery times, missed call backs and that they don’t offer any compensation when it’s clear they can.
We’ve missed out on a whole day of work for this either no pay and now we have to wait another 2 weeks for an appointment which we can’t even book yet as the sofa isn’t back at the warehouse. Absolutely ridiculous, currently have no where to sit and am sitting in the floor for two week!

Absolutely disgusting service!! Avoid at all costs!! Our sofas arrived today damaged with electric cables missing! Bolshy delivery men and customer services refusing to help!
We waited 12 weeks for these sofas and am bitterly disappointed with the tear in the material and no electric cable to power the console iPad.
No partial refund nothing. We paid over £3k on these sofas, worst customer service ever

Ordered sofa 30/12/2025 paid in full £3770.
Delivery 17/03/2026
Phoned up to check on delivery on 26/02/2026 to be told order given to another customer.
We would have to pay another £1000 for the sofa we ordered.
Swindon manager did not ring us back at anytime.
Got money back as very disappointed with service and attitude that it was not their responsibility to offer sofa at original paid price. Kept insisting we had to pay the £1000???

From the start he was helpful without being pushy in any way, he talked us through options, listened to our ideas and helped us to think about how colours and styles would work with our vision. I haven't felt so confident making a purchase in a long time. Top class customer service that is difficult to come by these days.
