I used to really love their magic lip oil it was amazing (I would have given it 5 stars) but I tried buying a new one and it just stayed purple not changing at all to pink, when I tried to contact them about it multiple ways(email,TikTok,instagram) I got no response at all, I tried again and heard nothing back, this was weeks ago, I had to go through my bank to get a refund as there was no communication on their part at all.
