These shoes are NOT what they say. You feel like you are leaning forward on them, there is No support at all. AND when you ask to return them they say oh we will give you 20% discount and you keep shoes for yourself, or give to friend ..I had already had a friend try them and he hated them also. Then company says oh we fight for you and got 40% discount and you keep shoes. Finally they sent me a address in China. WTH ??? Bad company Bad business. Don't order these, they are a scam .

They sent me the wrong size shoes and said the onus is on ME to pay (a lot) to return them!
They did not send me what I ordered, therefore they have not fulfilled their side of the contract. I will not be paying for their mistake.
I will give them 48 hours to send a satisfactory reply to my email, then I'll be contacting PayPal.

I'm contacting the Federal Trade Commission. These shoes don't have any size on them too a month to get. They are hard cheap plastic and they don't fit my feet. I didn't receive an order from or receipt. They smell so bad. I got them in a zip lock slider storage bag.

The shoes arrived folded into a plastic bag, with creases around the heel where folded. The shoes are so small, I can't get my feet inside the shoe, even though I ordered the US size in wide width.
All writing on outside of package is Chinese. No order form or return info was included.

The shoes are not the same as described and look as though they are made from recycled rubber and plastic.

Email address for customer service is fake. Took two-three weeks to get someone to respond at a different email address. They stated I have to pay to return to China tho shipped from a private address in the US.

Advise they can only offer a 50% off coupon for a future purchase if shoes are returned.

Complete SCAM!!!

Trainers are small made out of cheap material. Absolute waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE READ IT'S A COMPETE SCAM COMPANY unfortunately only looked into this after i had received the trainers.

Sent the wrong size. Told I had to pay to return and if they deemed it acceptable I’d get a refund. When I said no they offered keep and a 50% off coupon to rebuy. So one pair at 150% of the price.

Email returned as not existing. Had to resort to Facebook messenger.

Have lodged with PayPal.

Don't make it clear that sizes stated ate NOT uk sizes and yet it says .co.uk company

I had previously purchased a pair of shoes from them and everything went well.
Decided to purchase 2 more pairs of shoes because they're extremely comfortable!
Well, this time was terrible! My order did not arrive. I spent over $70 too!
Contacting Softsfeel is frustrating! They informed me that my order was on it's way.
Date of order was 8/19/23.
I contacted them in September.
Recently in October I contacted them, it's only via email. No phone number. Was told they sent me an email that 1 pair of shoes was no longer available. I never received an email or a refund! I ended up contacing PayPal and they're helping me get all of my money back.
This is disappointing and aggravating! Let along trying to get my money returned!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO PURCHASE ANYTHING! It's a scam!

Bought 2 pairs recently,as soon as I took them out of the plastic bag I had to get them out of the house.
They stank of rubber/plastic, a really strong smell. They are still in my garden shed been there a fortnight & still stink.
Suggest you give this company a wide birth.

I now have 7 pairs. They are very durable and comfy. I have neuropathy and these are my favorite shoes. I will definitely buy more. All the colors are very fun too.

Ordered shoes and the design caused my foot to try and turn awkward when I tried to walk. Contacted the company as to a refund and they refused and told me I could ship my shoes to China at my own expense. NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF DEALING WITH THESE SWINDLERS!!!

Do not order from them. What the website says and what actually you are told after you receive the shoes is totally different. They told me I would have to ship the shoes back to China which would be very expensive. They came from Indiana. They asked if I ordered the right size. Really. I know what size I wear and I know I need wide. The shoes are NOT wide. Scammers. They are scammers. One is better off going to a thrift store to get shoes.

I was surprised to see the shoes arrive in a plastic bag instead of a box. I shrugged this off and tried them on. They pinched. For the next 5 weeks, they pinched. The laces started breaking at the 4 week mark. The insoles started deteriorating at the 8 week mark. My foot overlaps onto the side of the shoe. Like this:

I wouldn't fall for the hype. These shoes are just cheap garbage. After wearing them for several months, I now wake up in the morning in terrible foot pain. I'll be replacing them as quickly as I can.

What a joke!!!! Sent wrong size the first time. Offered discount on 2nd pair & never received them!! They'll apologize "for the inconvenience" but give you the run around through emails. OUT $100 & NO SHOES!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I have read comments about softsfeel regarding someone having received is parcel one day in advance and the parcel had been thrown in the garden...!I am surprise,as it's evri who delivers and they give you a tracking numbers,so you know when the delivery is coming.for the rest I will see,as I had order those famous shoes,and got a tracking number and can see the development of my delivery, fingers crossed.But all those comments have made me call my bank to flag this company has a scam.read reviews for different reviews app and it's 50/50 regarding softsfeel..!so who should I believe.?

I ordered a pair of sneakers and they were ok. I ordered another pair. They charged my credit card double. They sent the wrong size. Tried to get a refund. Was told NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. They just keep bragging about how good their products are. My friend ordered a pair. They doubled charges her card and sent the wrong kind. Again NO REFUND NO EXCHANGES.
There are a lot of different companies out there. DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are In China so they don’t care.

I really like the shoes, they are very comfortable. They do not last very long, they ware out too fast

I’ve loved the shoes except my bright green ones were ripped and rusted around the shoelace holes but I’m still wearing them because I couldn’t afford to return them!! All of my other orders have been great and I wear them to work all of the time 😊
