Ordered Microsoft Office 365: from Wowcher. It's now over a week and I've received nothing. I've complained to Wowcher who keep telling me to await the merchants response. It seems highly unlikely they'll do that. This is a scam, and Wowcher are as much to blame for allowing these scammers to operate on their platform. I just want my money back. Ordered windows office 365 - 3 days later still pending. No communication from the company and no replies to emails.

These guys sell you illegal software or keys, your software wont last long before it flags up, then they dont answer you.

I recieved nothing but help and excellent service from Software distribution. I had a number of queries which needed help to resolving. On every occassion I recieved a quick response and helpful guidance.

I would use them again and recommend them highly.

Ordered Sketchup Pro through this company via Wowcher. They are total scammers... saying they were delays, then not answering emails, then saying it had been delivered. Seems like many others have had the same problem. Total criminals. Should have known better but got sucked in via the Wowcher brand.

Avoid this company.

Every week for 5 weeks they promised to deliver sketch up on my wowcher voucher or give me a refund, culminating in a statement from them that they had given a refund. Checked with Wowcher and no such refund had been given - What a waste of time. Wowcher themselves then gave me a refund.

I have just received my guide and instructions from Software Distribution and all I can say is how simple they were. Very helpful and the price I have paid is beyond my expectations. I will certainly be dealing with them in the future. Highly recommend the company.
Before I retired I worked in Publishing producing thousand-page catalogs in different languages and using Adobe Creative Suite. I got used to using it and I know it is overkill for personal use I would never contemplate buying or subscribing to Adobe software as it is far too expensive for everyday use but buying through Software Distribution was too good an opportunity to miss at the price.

I bought sketchup pro on mid december and still havent recieved anything. everytime i contact them im promised its coming, no time etc. Requested a refund as they clearly dont have what they are selling in the first place. Lets hope it easier to get a refund than the software.

I purchased Adobe Lightroom software via Wowcher with Software Distribution being the merchant. When I tried to use the voucher it didn’t work. I contacted Wowcher, they immediately got in touch with the guys at Software Distribution who resolved the issue incredibly quickly and even added additional Adobe suite software as a very generous gesture. I was extremely impressed by the speed of their response, especially as it was the afternoon of Christmas Eve, so I didn’t expect anything to be done until after Christmas. I did thank them for their brilliant service and would definitely recommend them.

Ordered Sketchup software on 16/11/23. Expecting the software download. It took four days for a response to say the software would come.

I was then reassured it would be 48 hours before receiving the software with some delay possible. I did not expect the delay to be a further 30 days and this was not made clear until I chased. Every time reassuring me that it was coming.

Further to this when chasing, I was told it would arrive 'at any moment' - not exactly reassuring.

Since then a month has passed and I have not received anything.

It has now become clear that they sell refurbished software licenses. Which is not clear on the Wowcher advert and they do not have a clear timeframe when the software is going to be passed on to the consumer.

I found them to be very courteous, friendly, responsive and speedy. Very satisfied with the product. They helped me completely sort out a glitch at my end, within 24hours. Very impressive.

Purchased a lightroom software package from Wowcher and the code didn’t work at first but upon contacting software distribution they swiftly sorted out my issue and even upgraded my package which was an exceptionally generous act, very happy with the overall experience and if i need to in the future i will certainly look to purchase more software from here

It was such a pleasure dealing with a company that puts customer care as its number one priority. Too many companies make life difficult for the consumer when with a little bit of consideration and flexibility they too could become a 5 star company just like Software Distribution.

I bought Adobe Photoshop on Woucher and the offer didn`t seem to be there when l went to redeem it. This was rectified by Pieter within hours of sending my email asking for help to resolve this issue.
I received the license immediately and the support from Pieter was fantastic

Bought on Wowcher, emailed, downloaded and install instructions sent very quickly and worked perfectly straight from install.
6 months on and I have used it daily without problem until there was a slight issue with a clash between old 2018 software version on my pc.
Software distribution replied to my help request within 24 hours and quickly had me back up and running.
Can't fault them and would use them again!

Ordered Windows 10 via Wowcher for a great price. Had a few Initial issues with installation - these were eventually resolved with assistance from the merchant.

First few licences i bought arrived without issue.

After this the last 2 i have bought have been a battle to get the licences. i have sent multiple emails without receiving a response.
