Having looked into your case, I can see that our customer service team reached out to you within 3 minutes of your initial enquiry, requesting an error code or screenshot of the issue. They then responded to your follow-up just 7 minutes after receiving the information, with a detailed guide to resolving it — which, as they explained, was caused by an attempt to activate the wrong version of Windows 11 rather than any issue with the licence key itself.
Your subsequent email made no reference to receiving or trying the guide, but requested a refund, which was issued within 30 minutes of that email being received.
Reviewing the correspondence, it seems possible that one or more of our responses may have been missed or filtered into your spam folder. If so, we'd kindly ask you to check for those emails and reconsider your review in light of the full picture.
We are a small UK business, and we make a point of employing customer support staff based here in the UK rather than using overseas services — despite the considerable additional cost of doing so. We have recently moved our review collection to Trustpilot, and reviews of this kind are genuinely damaging to us, and disheartening to a very committed team.
