Cheaper and good sale

Warning! Fake software. I scanned the download file but it resisted the scanner (logged as "skipped"). Then the installer attempted to replace my Office 265 - not what I'd ordered - at which point I pulled the plug. Too risky to continue.

Had an issue with product key. sent an email in and got a reply and soultion that work from them within 20 minutes.

Bought Office 2021 bind license for $169 (AUD) which actually, is not even cheap. Was sent some stand-alone volume license or something instead. Didn't work as expected, and Microsoft support confirmed license I received was not correct. Softwareg support were unhelpful, kept making excuses that their 'admin' was going to look into it. After over 2 months, and numerous emails to their support (who keep fobbing me off) there is still no resolution and no update from the mysterious admin. A refund has been refused despite multiple requests. I have now concluded I have been ripped-off and there is no likelihood of ever getting my correct license or a refund, so I urge others to AVOID softwareg.com.au at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. They are selling education licenses out of Asia and passing on to unsuspecting people.. Run and run very quick!!

scam - the amount of time i wasted trying to sort this out would of been worth buying directly off microsoft. A representitive from softwareg.au led me down a rabbit hole saying i must follow his step by step guide which is clearly wrong. Then i was instructed to call them which took a long time, only to be told the key has been exhausted too many times. their policy clearly states 30 day refund which i was cut off by customer service when i requested a refund. they also use different companies maybe to hide their scamming activity.

Key worked perfectly no problems at all

They scammed me with 2 dodgy windows 10 pro key's that didn't work and refused to refund me.

We are still waiting. After our review on February 24, 2024, we were contacted and promised a resolution. We have not received a new key or resolution!

First review: They sold our non-profit organisations…
They sold our non-profit organisations an invalid Microsoft Office 2021 Key. I emailed them multiple times with no response. Then, I spoke to Microsoft Support, who confirmed Key was invalid.

SCAM ALERT don't buy anything from them
Bought Windows 11 Pro key from them not working activation, contacted them, they sent me how to activate Windows, ended with activation via phone after call with Microsoft Helpline find out they are not selling genuine software. After attempting to get my money back they started asking me if I bought a Windows key from them. Provided invoice they not answering at all. Be aware.

Fake business. Multiple business names on website. Site is registered to a defunct company. Office address on website does not exist.

Sadly the whole thing appears to have been a waste of $19.99 . I received this "product key", saved it to my PC and then proceeded to go ???????????? . It was hopeless. Asked to now load Windows 10, but to do that I needed this key (which I couldn't use until I had downloaded Windows 10, which I couldn't do without the key). See where I'm going with this?? Just round 'n round 'n round. In the end I gave up and will stick to my "reliable Windows 7 until my PC finally dies and I am forced to buy another one (with Windows 10 pre-installed).
