Took out 6 month package in September. Worked fine to start with but since before Xmas consistently not logging on for days or going off just prior to football kick off. Lately not answering WhatsApp then today the playlist has been removed completely and no-one answering my query

Bought a 3 user 12 month IPTV package
Bought a 3 user 12 month IPTV package.
Used 1 stream fine. 2 Buffered. 3 Unwatchable.
Tried to contactact for a week via whatsapp and email.
Totally ignored. Contacted paypal for refund. Was contacted by Softwarek within the hour and a solution offered it I dropped the dispute with paypal. This I did in good faith. Softwarek the switch off all my streams. Does not answer Emails or whatsapp messages. So basically they are just crooks. Just avoid at all costs save your money these people have no morals.

Terrible - do not use
Subscribed to their IPTV service for a year, used it for 2 weeks in my holiday home - during which time screen froze constantly. Then, when I returned a few weeks later screen said subscription expired. Couldn’t raise anyone by phone or text had to get PayPal to intervene to request that they recharge payment.

I needed help to install the program (apparently my mag box was different) help was excellent once it was identified. Was impressed with the choice of movies and series. However I found the menus not very user friendly and whilst trying to evaluate the system the menu kept freezing and I had to restart the app several times. I then gave up.

bad EPG
