Following a reboot on my MacBook I contacted software keep regarding a reinstall of some software,
started a chat with Carl and in no time at all the programme was up and running again much to my delight.

Had a nightmare with my pc. Lost all my files. Contacted Softwarekeep. I had ordered wrong programme, they were very quick to respond on the chat, spoke to Adin who was very helpful and sorted out a refund for me. Advised on the correct programme which i purchased. Eric answered my question succinctly and promptly. I will not know whether his answer was accurate until I need to redownload the app (MS Office Pro) following a PC crash.
"So the license is valid for 1 PC at a time. If there's a problem with your PC, you can reinstall it from the services & subscriptions page of your Microsoft Account which you will use to redeem the product that will be sent to you upon purchase"

I was downloading/installing Word for the first time on a new MAC and was finding the new (MAC) menu & interface difficult. Eric helped me through the entire process and was very, very patient throughout. Will definitely use softwarekeep again. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I bought a version of Microsoft office today but on trying to download the product I discovered that I already had an older version purchased several years ago through my Microsoft account which was available to download and reinstall. I was confused as to what to do. Through the chat service at Software Store, Adin was able to advise me that as I had not yet downloaded the key they sent me I was able to reinstall my old version (and that it should be compatible with my upgraded Mac) and get a refund. Adin was brilliant and I cannot thank him enough. I was also impressed at the honesty of the company in offering me a refund when they could have tried to sell me the newer version.

Good service. Everything progressed as expected. The download and installation process is quite drawn out and a certain level of computer knowledge is required. This is not a complaint as almost all most software is delivered in this way nowadays. I had a small issue when Microsoft Office 2021 for Mac returned an error whilst trying to auto update Office. I made contact on the chat line but we didn't find a solution. I worked it out myself that Teams was the culprit and Rosetta update was required for the Mac Air Book. All in all a good experience though and I would recommend.

It is 22:57 on the 17th March 2022 in the UK and I am working. I just purchased my second copy of Microsoft Office 2019 from Softwarekeep. On checking through my records I realised that I had lost the key for the first copy I purchased back in 2021.
