This used to be a great company to deal with great support but now support has all but disappeared.
I purchased a Win 10 Pro OEM key on 2Jul22. The key did not work. Since then I have left multiple messages on their site and sent 6 emails.
I have provided details of the purchase and the error messages as requested. I was told to use Microsoft phone support but Microsoft said the key was already in use so ask for a new key. I have passed this message onto SoftwareLicense4U via email and their on website support tool with no response. The site says the response will be within hours.
This has not been the case. With time ticking away I have finally tonight requested a reversal of the payment. In that process I have discovered that I was charged $45.68 instead of the $29.99 that the site and my invoice says.
Thankfully I have not reccomended this site in recent times as I now have doubts as to the honesty and future of this company now. I suspect that the ownership has changed as they used to be great.
Be wary of this site!!!! I would give less than 1 star if I could.

I purchased a license for Windows 2019 Standard on July 16, 2022. I never received an email, but the key was at least downloadable with the order. Unfortunately, It doesn't work. I reached out through email and chat, I had one response asking for screenshots of me activating the server. Since then- nothing. I have multiple chats waiting on responses.

*UPDATE* After my initial comment, support contacted me and ultimately helped resolve the issue with the license activation. I believe if I had received the initial email normally sent with a purchase, this situation would not have spiraled downward. I missed a deadline because response took so long, but they did ultimately make everything right and I’ll give credit for that.

My order of 7 - MS Office 2021 Pro Plus licenses 2 days ago has been a nightmare. Not one of the 7 license keys will activate due to too many previous installs. I have been requesting assistance since I placed my order and have yet to receive a response. I also setup a support appointment for early this morning and their remote assistance, Any Desk, is down. I've been ordering from them for years and would have given them a 4. Now I will never purchase from them again.

I've contacted support through the chat, and the agent
resolved license activation issue promptly.
I've been using the company for a few years now, and no other issues.

Got the key but no download. ive waited to hear back from the widget thing but no reply.

I have purchased from SoftwareLicense4U several times over the years and never had issues. However I purchased a key weeks ago (6/2), could not activate it, and contacted support. It took them a full week (6/9) to even respond and all they did was ask for information they already had/I had stated. They couldn't even be bothered to look up the order under my email. I confirmed that I tried both phone and Internet activation, and provided a screen shot of the issue as evidence. I then didn't hear anything for another week - until I told them I was upset and going to charge it back as fraud. Its seems their approach is to just keep asking for more "proof" that the code didn't work, until I am past the date to dispute it. Well, its getting disputed now.

1 month ago I have orded a 2022 server license. Until today I have not received any license key and i have contact them by chat. Still no answer. They don't respond on the chat.
