Compré una licencia de Windows y no funciona. No me responden ni ponen soluciones. No compréis ahí

La claves del windows 11 no funcionan y nadie me ha dado una solución.

Terrible experience: I bought a Microsoft Office license with these guys because I urgently needed it, but:

1.- Immediately after paying, you receive an email with the subject "Hurrah! Your license has arrived" which is a LIE, because in the body of the email they indicate "the license will be available between 5 minutes and two hours", and also with several phrases (I don't know why) in Portuguese!. These delivery times of course are reported after you pay, NOT before. In other places that I have previously purchased software, the delivery of the license is IMMEDIATE.

2.- Then, the license was NOT delivered EITHER in 5 minutes NOR in two hours as promised. An email arrived with the license ONE day later, an email that I no longer needed at this point because I had already bought a license from another site that did deliver it to me immediately.

3.- When two hours had passed, after realizing that I may have been tricked, I asked for a refund of the amount paid, and two days later the emails sent on this have still NOT been answered.

In other words, do not shop with these guys, who are scammers. I'll post an update on a) if I do get a refund, and b) how long it takes for this refund (if they actually receive it ) to be in my bank account.

Al estilo Made in Germany.....todo muy bien.

Well, I have to say that they fulfill what they promise.

I recommend to everyone to trust this company !
