Fooled by the many positive reviews on their website, I bought Office 2021, only to find after a few weeks that the key was invalid. Of course their support link was "404" and they don't answer emails. I even contacted Microsoft support who confirmed it was a corporate license that had exhausted all its seats. Fortunately, Visa were brilliant. They refunded me and issued me with a new card in case these scammers try to take more money off me.

Given a license that is not valid. Emailed company but they don't reply so sitting with Microsoft Office that can't be used because Microsoft says it is a business product and no a personal one. Very bad business. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Worked for a month. Tried to repair it through their on line portal, doesn't work. Tried contacting with the phone number they gave, doesn't work. Tried sending an email, no reply. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling on the same computer, says it is logged on another computer. For $13, we think it's work the risk, but they appear to be doing this consistently by reading the reviews.

never received my 9-dollar license. the link they provided me didn't include a license key. even though it was $9, you should go to a different provider.

I honestly thought its a scam and was sceptic and had to rethink and I saw other reviews and those people were happy so I tried and and did not even pay thousand of Rands and my windows is activated with the key you provided

Took money for a Microsoft office key which didn’t work. Wouldn’t provide a refund.

Scam company. I bought Microsoft office 2021 from them. They give you a license key that works for about 3 or 4 weeks then you get a Microsoft popup saying your license key is invalid.

Obviously no response from this company when I contacted support about it.

This company is a scam, I bought my Microsoft office, I went back on a week later and Microsoft deactivated the office because the key was invalid. They don't sell original Microsoft products.

I have emailed them but no response. their software products keys have counterfeit issue

I'm sorry , but it's been 24 hours, and I'm still awaiting a response from the support team. I bought a license key 10 days ago, and it worked fine.
However, when I placed an order yesterday, I received the same license key again. I've reached out to your support team to understand why this happened with the new order, but I haven't received a response from anyone yet.
