I had the best experience with Gab on the customer support team! I teach interior design and was helping a student track down technical information for a product they sourced through Soho Home. When I reached out through the online chat, Gab was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to provide product info, even knowing that this was for an academic project and this (very expensive) item was not going to be purchased. It was a great lesson for the student in being thorough in checking technical specs, and a fabulous example of working with vendors who provide excellent service. My sincere thanks go out to Gab for the thoughtful research and assistance!

Excellent service. They respond very promptly and politely to address my concerns. They were minor issues but they handled it like it spent $1,000,000. One item just literally broke that was $30. The email was so kind and professional. Daisy haled me at their office. She is a superstar.

I ordered a bed from Soho Home. The courier company turned up at 06:45 (15 mins before they were meant to). They did not ring my doorbell. I was in the next door room from my phone so did not hear it ringing. I eventually called them back only 5 minutes after they had last called me and the guy said they had left half an hour ago. This was a blatant lie. They have now given another date 8 days after the first one. I understand that I should have been next to my phone, but to not ring the doorbell and then lie about when they had left is not the service I expect when paying £5000 for a bed. On top of this the estimate for the bed was 9 weeks from order. It has been 11 weeks and by delivery will be 12! I wouldn't be that annoyed usually but when you are paying so much its not acceptable. I wouldn't recommend ordering a bed from them. Other stuff comes quickly and is fine.
