Excellent customer service beyond expectation

The customer service is excellent and beyond my expectation.

Recently I purchased a floor lamp online via Soho Home website. When it's been delivered the shade was missing (during delivery) while I had difficulties assembling the rest parts. So I emailed their customer support.

Daisy, the support agent helped me solve the issues very smoothly and effectively. She immediately arranged a replacement shade to be delivered to me. A digital copy of instruction was attached in the email. Daisy also provided me with some guidance on the specific issue that I was facing.

Initially, it was a little disappointing when the shade was missing. But thanks to the customer service especially Daisy, my problems were all solved. I'm satisfied with the high quality of services that Soho Home had provided. I'll be happy to shop with Soho Home again and I'm confident to recommend them to my friends.

Excellent customer service

Having visited the Chelsea store I can only say my husband and I both agree that we had an excellent customer experience. Firstly the store is beautiful ! Secondly we were treated by very friendly and welcoming staff.We had the good fortune to ask Vance Stringer for assistance and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful and offered great advice too.We later placed an order with Vance but I should say not before multiple telephone and email communications with Vance, all dealt with quickly and nothing felt too much trouble.

Every time i talk to customer service for sohome they have been so quick to respond and helpful. Today it was no difference! Jill N. helped and resolved my problem in no time. Not only are their products amazing but so is there team!

Customer service is non-existent

Customer service is non-existent. Still waiting on an order to be delivered and have enquired about it twice via the usual channels but with no response. For the price point the customer service needs to be miles better.

I had to contact Soho Home help line about a lack of an email confirming my order (this was completely my fault for mis entering my email). An Exceptional Interior Design Experience – Thanks to Gamze from Soho Home

I recently worked with Gamze from Soho Home to design and furnish my apartment in Berlin, and the experience has been nothing short of outstanding.

Gamze has a remarkable eye for balance, materials and atmosphere, and she managed to seamlessly combine the signature Soho Home aesthetic with my own taste and long-term vision. The result is a space that feels refined, harmonious and beautifully curated – truly a reflection of who I am.

What truly sets her apart is her ability to understand not just what looks good, but what feels right. She now also advises me on pieces beyond this project, and every suggestion she makes aligns perfectly with the style we’ve developed together.

I will absolutely continue working with her on future projects.
