Poor Customer Service.

In the spirit of making things more positive (having deleted my initial post), I have eventually a week later managed to return my item (waiting for refund). All I will say is this.

When I received no reply to my emails for return (as per the policy on the retailers' website), I then called the number (no reply), and left WhatsApp message saying I will leave a bad review. Suddenly I got a reply.

The customer Service for this company is poor and needs significant improvement.

A prepaid return label has already been sent to you, and we are awaiting the return of the item so we can proceed accordingly.

Very good ordering experience

I ordered a nest of tables and was very pleased with the value for money. Delivery was next day for a very reasonable fee. This has to be one of the most hassle free experiences I have had with an online seller.
