Item did not arrive. I did email about this but did not receive a reply.
Courier says it has not been received.

We are so sorry your order was not delivered, but carriers have all been impacted by the Royal Mail strikes and unfortunately sometimes parcels get lost, which is totally beyond our control. Your email was responded to the next working day and a refund was processed for you at the same time. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we can only apologise for your experience with us not being like the other three customers who were very satisfied and left us positive reviews.
