Being very tall shopping for jeans on the high street is a nightmare, so I usually have to shop online. My first So Jeans order arrived in a couple of days but I realised I needed different size. The return service took a few days longer to register but once I emailed the Post Office number on the return parcel they shipped the exchange pair straight away. Very pleased with the service.

following 3 years of fruitlessly trying to buy jeans from a shop, I took a chance of ordering the type & size I wanted via net from Sojeans. Within 2 day's, the two pairs I had ordered, arrived. I couldn't be happier with the service, speed of delivery - and the fit - spot on! Thank-you very much! I now where to go next time.

The website is easy to use, prices are fantastic, and the product arrived quickly, and was perfect. Such a relief, as this was the third retailer I had tried for the same product. Won't need to look further in future, though. :)

I am pretty fed up with online retailers either not providing accurate descriptions of products or not providing one at all.

I purchased a Lee Western shirt last week, which I've discovered now that I have received it, in a Slim Fit.

Several issues here, first of all I'm a "regular sized" person, not slim, not fat, but more athletic. I cannot wear slim fit clothes particularly shirts. If Sojeans had taken the time and effort to fully describe the the shirt, I would not have purchased it. Simple.

Secondly, It's a shame merchandisers don't tell clothes companies that they need options for styes, beyond what hipsters are wearing (I'm not a skinny kid who visits Dalston every weekend).

It's a shame retailers don't put more pressure on companies like Lee, and simply state: Listen, our customers don't all wear slim fit shirts or skinny jeans! So don't make all the best styles on this fitting.

Now I've wasted time online, I have to arrange a return (thanks for the free postage!) but I'm disappointed, and not sure if I'll shop with you again, you've got to provide more info about what you're selling.

I have found this to be a good web site that has most of its products at a reasonable price. I say most because experience has taught me that if I want anything, to check its availability and price on other sites, before placing an order.
The only slightly negative points I have is that I checked on a pair of jeans, book marked the page. Then when I went page to the site the following day the price had increased, but when I used my bookmark, it displayed the jeans at the lower price. No prizes for guessing what I used to buy them. Also, I sent a message querying the sizes avaiable, but didn't get a reply.

I was looking for Mavi jeans. I bought a pair in TK Max and they were the best jeans ever. So I have now bought 3 more pairs of Mavi jeans. Once you try on a pair of Mavi jeans you will not wear anything else.

Fairly efficient and prompt delivery but it's hard to get through on the phone ( I gave up) and it ought to be made clear that the discount codes that they send, to entice you to make a purchase, do not work on any reduced items.

Purchased rhe australia luxe chesnut short boots. When I initially seen them they were out of stock in my size but checked again a week later and they had them. Only paid £40 + del which was only 2 days. Very impressed thank you!!!

I placed a first order on 1st March, totalling £220 and since then have had several emails offering discount and one telling me that they have refunded £80, but not what it is for and why.
Tried to 'track my order' and there was a tracking number on my account, but no info as to how to use it.
Mailed the company and received a very prompt reply telling me that one of my items is no longer available
Not sure when to expect the rest of my order or how to find out.
Tried again to find a way to track..(5 March), but got fairly sick of everything coming up in French. Translate? Yes, did that, but next page then reverted to French...no button to translate. Have given up, I am bored!

Quick and friendly service. Would be happy to use again .
