I always look here for jeans first.

I don't usually leave reviews, but there are some negative ones on here which made me worried about buying from sojeans after I had placed my order. However, I was very happy with the whole experience.
I bought 4 pairs of jeans and they arrived within a few days of my order and I was kept informed.
I decided to keep one and return 3 for a refund because they didn't fit. I called sojeans and they added the return label to my account straight away. When I took the package back to the post office and called sojeans with the reference number they refunded my Paypal account right away.
They picked up the phone quickly and confirmed my refund by email.
Overall I'm very happy with them and I would buy from them again. Thanks Sojeans!

Just used Sojeans for the first time. Ordered expensive pair of Levis. THEN thought it was a good idea to look at the reviews. All the previous reviews scared the crap outta me! But actually my experience was very good!! Ok i did get abit of a fright when there was no confirmation etc emails, so I emailed Kate. She got back to me right away telling me my ordered had gone through. But CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL PEOPLE! Thats where I found the emails :p
Ordered on the Sunday night (around 8pm), received on the following Thursday (around 4pm). Jeans fit a treat too!

ordered 3 pairs of skinny jeans,arrived at the time they estimated.Only problem is that 1 of the jeans is too loose at the waist and the other 2 are a bit too tight at the waist (they are all the same size).

I managed to find the Jeans I wanted to order (Levi 511 size 33/32) but when I tried to increase the shopping bag to 2 pairs it wouldn't let me. I talked to Kate on the phone and she finally managed to work out that the reason was because you didn't have any more in stock, so I have three issues with that.
1. The Website didn't make that clear at all
2. It was not even obvious to your customer service people when I phoned
These are both system issues I think
3. When you create offers it is very frustrating when you don't have enough stock to supply
Finally, I would like to say that the one pair I managed to order arrived within two working days and everything was good.

They were nothing like the picture and the fit was terrible lost £5 on postage which is a lo and having trouble getting my money back which I will receive the full amount not in voucher or exchange!!!! Not happy

Great service and range of jeans

Only issue I have is that although ordered jeans that were supposed to be a 12/14 they came in very small. Still gave me the incentive to loose those last few pounds

I just received an email after paying for my order a week ago saying that my order will be dispatched within the next 21 days. I feel this is an extremely long time.

Very, very poor not to say useless customer service (probably based in India) with no access to SoJeans e-mails and executable rights. All e-mails addressed to kate@sojeans.com are being totally ignored.
I don't recommend SoJeans to anyone.
Avoid if possible!

The only problem I had was that my order was delivered to my previous address even though I had changed it prior to putting my order through however the delivery only took 3 days and I will arrange to have it picked up from my previous address.

The jacket arrived before it scheduled time and it is dusty olive.It is exactly as described.It is light made of good quality materials.It's got many pockets and really warm.I highly recommend this product to anyone if you think of going to cold countries.
