Unprofessional account restrictions and zero customer care

​Unacceptable customer service. This company placed an arbitrary hold on 40,000 TSh in my account under the guise of a routine verification procedure. Instead of actively reviewing or expediting the issue, their support team relies entirely on copy-pasted, generic responses while refusing to provide a clear resolution timeline. Holding customer funds indefinitely without offering any human accountability or basic operational transparency is completely reckless. Save yourself the hassle and look for a reliable platform that actually values its users.

Terrible service

Terrible service, terrible policies, terrible customer support, its a scam and encourages gambling. In my opinion stay away from this.
