I asked them a simple couple of…

I asked them a simple couple of questions about their products. After the 2nd question the person responding got aggressive and insulting. I would not buy their products if just questioning their products insights an aggressive response.

HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY

I reached out as a potential customer and asked a simple question about where I could find reviews before buying. Instead of answering, they immediately became defensive.

The conversation escalated to them saying “what’s your problem, bro?” and then telling me not to buy their product at all.

Asking for reviews before purchasing is completely normal, especially with how many scams exist online right now. The way they handled a basic question was unprofessional, dismissive, and honestly concerning.

I’ve included screenshots so people can see exactly how they speak to potential customers. If this is how they treat someone who hasn’t even bought yet, I would strongly reconsider doing business with them.

Long wait for bad taste that did nothing

The shipment took over 2 weeks, kept getting rerouted after it was finally shipped out. Blame USPS or maybe their packaging was so poor it kept getting lost? Metocin gummies tasted horrible, like bad cough syrup with a side of mercury. And they did NOTHING no matter how many I took other than feel slightly flat/bummed out. And the lab test they provide is from some sketchy European company where they aren’t even listed as a company using the lab in the search box. Didn’t bother to call customer service after reading all the negative reviews.

SCAM company

Ordered 2 chocolates and they sent me only one. When chatted with the customer service they called me a Liar. Extremely poor, rude, pathetic customer service I have ever come across.

Customer service is scraping the bottom of the barrel

As is the case with the other reviewers, I had probably the worst customer service experience of my life with this company. Their product is also subpar, overpriced and the taste is somewhere between rancid and acid.

Their customer service, however, is the worst thing about this company. They do not care if they lose your business and they treat you like you're expendable. There are many other, far more reputable sites out there that even give you FREE samples along with your initial purchase (buymyweed, for example).

Do not shop at Soko. Unless you're okay with being treated like garbage and throwing your money away.

I found the cusotmer service rep to be… rude

I found the cusotmer service rep to be rude and condescending. As for the metocin gummies they were not even half of of the quality of experience of what they were hyped to do. was advertized on Facebook and chalk it up as just another Facebook rip-off.

Terrible customer service

I tried checking all info on their web page, but did not find the relevant - and just wanted to quickly chat to someone and ask specific questions. OMG. What a rude customer service! The person literally responded to all my questions: 'Go see our website'. Even before I asked anything 🙄 I believe he repeated it 10 times. No wonder we are unable to read reviews on their web page. Looks like a complete scam. Btw. Check their return policy. All sales are final. They can sell u damaged or non effective products, but that's it. You are done. If they were so great as they claim, they would guarantee for what they sell.

A big NO, thanks.

DO NOT SHOP HERE

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They have the absolutely rudest customer service associates I've ever engaged with. I ordered two packages of their blueberry lemonade mushroom gummies, which I've ordered numerous times before. The latest time they only shipped me one bag instead of the two that I ordered.

Things seemed to be resolved, they sent a coupon code, I mistakenly ordered two and the coupon was only for one. They refunded/voided the purchase - which is fine. I wanted to remedy and order just one, and a separate order for a second bag.

They then "banned" me from ever purchasing again, due to my "poor ethical decisions." Then they claimed I was lying about the missing package and that they have video of my order being packaged. They never addressed this before in our communications and I doubt very much there's actual video. So, they're calling me a liar, that I'm trying to rip off a small business.

You cannot trust that they will package your order up accurately or correctly, then when you try to get it resolved they will call you a liar and unethical. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Steals Intellectual Property

Worked as a freelancer designing for their business. After a month they intiated a chargeback. They stole the designs and used it for advertising without paying. Avoid these scammers.
