Never felt so judged being in a store in my life. Entered the store just after opening and felt like the staff inside had been glaring at me the entire time I was there. I’d never expect all smiles and go-lucky attitudes but I felt so uncomfortable being in the store that I ended up leaving without buying the album I had been looking for.

Went in to the store to see if I could buy the latest album from Xdinary Heroes, the atmosphere was great, not overstimulating and everything was set out alphabetically and easy to find.
Another great thing was that no one bothered me and they let me browse on my own :)

I couldn't see the albums so I asked the staff and they said that the album was nearly entirely sold out (since it had just come out) but staff went out of their way to find me the last one that they had in store, the staff were insanely friendly and so nice, no POS forced sale and you could tell the staff actually liked working there!

Chatted with the staff for a little while and ended up leaving with more albums than anticipated because I didn't feel forced or rushed at all and genuinely wanted to spend my time in there :D

They sell albums with limited edition site specific PCs and have such a big range of artists that I saw albums from groups I haven't seen anywhere else!

The only downside was the prices of the albums but they are entirely understandable due to import costs so I would gladly spend as much as needed for these albums :)

Definitely will recommend this store to others who are headed to London

Items I ordered arrived quickly & in Perfect condition. There is tracking options for items which I also appreciated so I could try to be home to catch the delivery as it’s difficult as a student and working part time!
They carry so many different groups albums, lightsticks, photo cards etc. at reasonable prices so definitely worth checking out!

The physical store in London is also brilliant, quick walk from Charing cross - has a whole wall of pc holders and lots of events going on - also snagged a free 2nd hand album with the current promotion 🫶

I ordered Stray Kids HOP (Hyunjin accordion version +soundwave POB) and was packed perfectly! Item arrived in three days, and the price was 100% worth it. Hve already bought again!

I love this shop, it’s where I get all my K-pop essentials. Delivery is always great, I love that I can either order online and visit their shop is an added bonus.
They have a variety of different groups and accessories I think that’s why I love them so much.
