Solana Markets Reviews

If the support answered faster, I'd give Solana more stars

Please stop sending me emails with market updates, just web trader and assistant are enough for me.

The account balance is growing every day, it's insanely cool.

Low fees, high-quality education from the brokers!

Solana Markets is so easy to use even a newbie can navigate, service needs a bit improvement though. Sometimes they take longer to call back.

OK i have been in contact with Trust Pilot as to the false automated replies from Solana and asked why they are not being removed as i have proven them to be false. They have replied to my email to them saying they truly understand my frustration as i have sent proof that my account is active and that my withdrawal status still shows pending, and no withdrawal history. This they have seen they have just said to edit my reviews as they cannot get involved in disputes but clearly know that it is factual or i could not put this statement on Trust Pilot as it would be removed but I have proven to Trust Pilot that they are lying. I now understand Trust Pilots frustration too as they have been nothing but very informative to me as they have replied to every email and screenshot that we have sent them. This is truly frustrating. So go ahead Solana send more automated lies as this is all they are. As for the latest positives good luck to you and hope it ends well which unfortunately it will not. Withdrawal still pending as of 26/06/2023, $31137.08 as shown to Trust Pilot.

Having difficulties logging in sometimes, so I reset password pretty often... but in the rest it's ok

While the customer support team is generally helpful, there have been a few instances where the response time was slower than expected, resulting in delays in resolving my concerns

The fees on Solana-Markets are moderate, but I've noticed occasional price discrepancies and slippage during trades, which can be frustrating.

Just deposited and still didn't get a phone call

Low-cost fees when withdrawing. Not bad

Please improve your support department. The rest is cool, fast withdrawals

The software of Solana is super cool, I can buy, sell and trade cryptocurrencies easily, myself or automatically. But the support is not THAT responsive.

I'm very impressed with the service and quick response. The design of the website is nice.

Ridiculously fun and profitable! But my agent forgot to call me yesterday.

The people at Solana are warm, patient and very professional. I had an amazing experience with them. They triple my investment in two weeks . They are very thorough and don't take unnecessary risk. Account opening was seamless and so was the withdrawal. Access to my account was unrestricted and transparent. I am very satisfied with their service.

Tried to deposit a big sum alone, didn't happen. Pls call me for assistance asap.

My broker Sean from Solana-Markets is very helpful in getting me to find a plan that helped me increase my balance in the account.
