The whole experience from start to finish was first class no sales pressure just honest conversations when they said work was going to start it started from scaffolders to Cam who fitted the panels and Stuart the electrician every thing went like clockwork. Stuart even had the patience to teach a women of a certain age how to set up the app much appreciated Stuart thank you. It is really refreshing to find a company who do what they say they are going to do and do it. Thank you all very much

Highly professional team, from initial quotation through to installation and aftercare. Both James and Danielle in the sales team were able to answer all my queries and offer expertise and advice when designing my solar system. Josh, Declan and the team of scaffolders and my Installers, Stuart, Drew, Taz and Cam were all highly efficient, respectful, collaborative, competent and happy! remarkably they worked quickly in sub zero temperatures to get my system up and running within 30 hours of first arriving to site! Incredible work guys! Rhys in aftercare - has been very supportive guiding me through the next steps of my solar journey. Very good service from initial conversation through to installation and after care. Very professional and personable and answered all my questions. The team from the scaffolders, to solar panel engineers to the electricians were very professional. The team behind the scenes also were available when I had additional queries. Totally satisfied.

Having always been sceptical of whether solar panels were realistically going to save money, I was impressed how OVO overcame my scepticism and from initial discussions to post completion every person I can into contact with has been excellent. I would willingly recommend them to others.

The guys had a difficult installation due to our roof tile system, so it was a bit stop-start which disrupted the planning and delayed completion. All the people were a pleasure to work with and we are happy with the outcome.

. I was given plenty of space and time to really think about what I wanted to do , no pressure at all

Installation was arranged very quickly to accommodate my tight time scale,

scaffolders were hard working and everything was quickly put up and
I was very impressed by the level of health and safely that was used

Panels went up in no time and the electrics were being put in along side the panel installation so no wasted time

Everything was explained to me by the electrician and was checked , he helped install and connect the app to the system and checked after he left to make sure all was ok

Survey, installation and commissioning all went to plan. Great communication from the team, before during and after installation. System works a treat and the battery storage is a great add on. Almost no electricity bills through August and September (installation was late July) and we have exported more than consumed to date (mid November)

Thank you Rhys and team for a very smooth installation. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the install was well coordinated. Extra efforts were made by the team to adapt the layout of the panels on-site once it was realised they wouldn't fit as per the original design.
We even saw our battery charge up on a cloudy afternoon. So far we are very happy and I would highly recommend getting solar panels through OVO.

No upfront sales pressure. They gave us all the options and gave us time to decide. Answered all questions we had and able to add-on a few items post the quote. Excellent communication throughout the process. Painfree install despite tricky cabling routes. Good handover. Thoroughly recommend them if considering solar panels.

OVO made deciding on solar panels very easy with absolutely no pressure, once I'd decided to go ahead the process was quite rapid from start to finish. The day it all actually started a great bunch turned up with scaffolding, very quickly installed, then came the panel men, again very quick and efficient and ready with answers to any queries, once installed they started working very quickly. The scaffolders came back a couple of days later and suddenly everything was back to normal apart from I am now using my own electric, even some on dull rainy days, even exporting some and the battery lasts me all night. Everyone involved were great and now I'm producing my own it's made me more aware of wastage.

The team explained everything step by step, even the timings for each part happening of the installation.

Top marks to all of the south coast OVO team, from the initial survey to the on-going after care help, the install took just over two days, Scaffolding went up on the first day, Solar panel and battery were installed on the second day then the scaffold came down early morning on the last day, since then the after care team have been in touch regularly to make sure I'm happy with everything, and currently in touch with Rhys who has been extremely helpful in explaining things that I was a bit unsure about, all-in-all great team great work, thanks OVO
