CleanSolar Solutions / Solar Panel Cleaners

CleanSolar Solutions Ltd / Solar Panel Cleaners Lichen Removal Subscription was ordered back in Jan '23, initial service/cleaning was promised for Jan 19 '23 but Operations Team did not arrive or call to say they were not coming.

Subsequent communication was received on Feb 14 '23 for different and tighter T&Cs than that originally signed up for, this was challenged the same day but no response was received.

After no communication, reached out again via eMail on May 17 '23 requesting either refund or confirmation of when service will be provided, again no response was received!

Posting this review to hopefully protect others from ordering a Solar Panel Cleaning service from this Company.
