Install scheduling was a bit chaotic, pretty understandably as they're very busy. Install went smooth, guys did a good job, everything works.

The Solar Battery installation went very well. The crew arrived on time and installed the battery quickly and efficiently. They kept me informed throughout the installation and gave me a comprehensive induction at the end. Communication with 1KOMMA5 has been easy and friendly.
I can only recommend the company.

Jayden did such a great neat job installing our solar battery yesterday. He was very professional with his workmanship and knowledgeable with all our questions, explaining everything simply for us. He set up the apps on our phones at the end and took all rubbish away leaving everything tidy. Very happy with the whole exercise.

So far it’s been a good experience. I did get a bit frustrated on some communication aspects when getting my order ready but I gave a bit of grace due to the Christmas period.

Highly recommend for those wanting to go solar. The team that came to install the panels were great, professional. Support was provided when needed which was nice.

If you are looking for a solar installer please stay away from 1KOMMA5°. Do not trust their marketing this company is great at sales but the complete opposite when it comes to installation.
If you want to avoid a headache DO NOT use this company. Their inspector actually issued a safety certificate even though the cabling was installed incorrectly forcing them to re-cable the entire system three months later.
Their advice was absolutely useless. They prioritised saving their own costs over my needs. For instance, they told me to keep my old system to "produce more electricity", but THEY JUST WANTED TO SAVE THEMSELVES THE COST OF REMOVAL & DISPOSAL. The old system was obviously too old and was not even compatible with the new one. This is only one of many pieces of useless advice they gave me, be very careful people, don't spend your hard earning money and get headaches. My project COST OVER $30000 and I’ve had nothing but trouble since the installation. I hope nobody else has to go through the nightmare I experienced. I sent them an official complain and never get a reply. Stay away if you want peace of mind.

The experience was good with 1komma5 for the most part. The system install went well and it appears to be working as required. Costs were competitive and I'm looking forward to using the Amber interface to buy and sell power at wholesale rates. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star review is that there was some hassle around the Christmas break in getting the install date pushed back a bit. I think that this is due to it being a fairly small team and a key contact was on leave.

Battery and inverter seem to work well. We were told with great confidence that the VPP would be set up within 2 weeks tops. Its been months and nothing yet, which throws out the ROI modelling. Seems 1Komma5 and VPP provider haven't sorted their arrangements out yet, which is contributing to the delay.

From signing up to installation you were kept informed about every step of the process either by text or email. Any questions were answered promptly and accurately. Installation day went without a hitch. Once installed I was shown the shut down process and how to use the online app. The installers were polite and informative. 10/10!

Whole experience was great. They handled all the application process, organised with the sparky who was awesome, and got everything installed neatly (not a forest of wires). Very tidy, high quality work.

A reasonably good experience, given some of the pain I have seen others go through with other companies. Through the presales and quoting process the sales agent explained all of the options to me and helped me understand my options. 1Komma5 were more than happy to create a customized system suitable to my needs. I wanted to retain my current solar panels but replace my inverter and add a new battery, they were quite happy to do this.

The installation process went reasonably well, although it was a long day for the installers and they did need to come back and finish some things later.

At the time of writing I have had the system running for about three months, it has done quite well and saved us some dollars off our power bill. We have not had a power outage yet, but in testing I do see that the battery kicks in as expected and keeps essential items like our fridge and freezer running, which is what we did ask for.

Overall quite happy and would buy from 1Komma5 again.

The initial consultation was quick and incredibly informative. They worked with us to find the most suitable product. Delivery and installation was like-wise very efficient and they reached up consistently to provide help and support.

From online research, then the agent visiting, thru to installation every agent of the company was knowledgeable, professional, personable and courteous. Questions that couldn't be answered on the spot were answered within 24hrs. I was kept informed throughout the process. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for this product
