The sales team listened to my needs and concerns, I had done some research and know my electricity usage and how much solar I already generated, in winter and summer We discussed what would fit and be best. It was a well informed conversation and I felt heard and ultimately got what I needed to bring my bills down. The day of install was quick, seamless and after the team left, it was like they had never been there. I'm about to move and need a new system and I'll come back to solar battery group for that one. Great support from Solar Battery Group to proactively come to me with an opportunity to replace my end of life battery with a new battery with double the capacity. Installers were professional and respectful, cleaned up after themselves and removed the electronic waste. Really pleased that the installation worked from day 1, inputs of the complexities of three phase power and multiple existing solar arrays with both DC and AC inverters

Everything done professionally, on-time, clean and tidy.
The system is fantastic - solar panels giving lotsof energy, and the battery working well - 20Kw.Hr so good capacity. My energy from the grid has dropped to nearly nothing - overcast days knock it back, but it still helps.
I have nothing but praise for the whole team, right down to the lady on the end of the phone, who found answers to all my questions (I am an electrtical engineer so there were quite a few.) Rod. C, Parkdale.
