Ordered a server
Ordered a server, they asked me what I wanted to do with the server, I told them it was for personal use (aka self hosting), they double down and start asking me questions about who I am etc...
I refused and asked for a refund. They refused a refund and stated it will not be provided. Then attempted to tell me how I am in breach of their terms. Depriving someone of their money and then attempting to hide behind your terms is legal.
Paid with Monero and was refused a refund aka more or less blackmailed and told they require a bank statement to refund cryptocurrency?
