It's a very good shop that I used quite often.
Shipping times are quick and you can get some good deals on older figures (new or pre-owned).
No issues so far with them.

I never got my order. I went back and forth with this lady asking for information and seeking help getting my order and still never received it. I paid for insurance and was told it didn't cover orders that are never delivered. I would never recommend this company or purchase from this company again.
This company has attempted to make me change my review which I will not do. This order was never stated that it needed a signature to be delivered. This company claims to have contacted USPS but refused to provide the number that they used to make this contact which leads me to believe that they did not contact the provider. Do not purchase from this company. I am out of $100 which I will never get back and I will never receive my item.

The package arrived with no problem at all, and was well packaged not to mention exactly like the picture.

Solaris Japan is a good shop, the items are always well packed, if there is a delay, they send you an email to warn you.

Smooth deliveries and excelent customer service.

Received the product like brand new. But when I removed her stockings, there are black dye stains at the leg area. I know this product kept to long like within 10 years and these dye stains are hard to remove.

I've ordered multiple times and my figures have always arrived quickly. With excessive padding to protect them. Even the preowned figure I got from them were excellent condition.

The parcel was shipped extremly well protected. The packaging from the product wasnt damaged at all, not even a scratch. Of course the product itself was perfect as well. The shipment was fast if i consider it was going to the other side of the world :D
