Professional Realtor leading to a good experience

Leanne is quite professional and did a wonderful job in marketing our house in a very slow and difficult marketplace. She was determined to sell our house and did a very good job to communicate with the sellers on changing and volatile times during the sale. Wish we had her from the start of our home selling.

I was sent a lead that I legally could…

I was sent a lead that I legally could not contact, notified sold.com many times.
After the customer contacting me directly WITH NO CONNECTION to sold.com I still had to pay a referral due to a clerical error

Mrs Paula is an amazing woman and very knowledgeable as a realtor she expresses her job as a true to her job and caring. I explained her my situation in selling my house she got to work and with a day the house when on the market we had two buyers ready to deal. The house sold right away. Thank you Paula for your hard work and your experience.

Unprofessional phone scammers

Not sure where they got my information from, but incessant phone calls every 2 minutes. I called back and asked where they were calling from and all she said was "Sold.com. Sold.com. Sold.com" and then hung up. I called back and was repeatedly hung up on and then think I was blocked. Not very professional. I guess they don't like when people call them multiple times. Poor excuse of a business.

I wasn’t sure at the beginning of our sale journey but as time passed Tricia’s professionalism came to the forefront and by the end of the long ordeal she came out fighting for us like a blonde mama bear. This company has a treasure in Tricia Barfield

I had a few phone calls with their…

I had a few phone calls with their sales department to see if they would be a good fit. However after seeing the horrible reviews and the better Business bureau comments I decided to stay clear. When I call the salesperson to let them know they are probably said well that's fine and hung up on me.
