Kanisha is very professional and personable. She took time to ask questions and learn about our needs. She listened. She went above and beyond to expedite our sale. She was always available and offered to help us in more ways than just selling. I would highly recommend her. She worked to find the right buyers for our house.

Molly gave her full attention to every aspect of the sale process. From preparing the property for sale, to helping solve problems when the arose, to finding a great deal of prospective buyers and finally making sure the closing went smooth and flawless.

Wow, Seller leads with all the great results online! But wait, after purchasing 3 subscriptions for seller leads, most leads were never really homeowners intending to sell. I have spoken with numerous other vendors (Realtors) and homeowners and these leads are misled with some being sourced and posted on FB as FSBOs or having appointments scheduled as listing consultations that homeowners believed were Cash offers. Be very careful - These Real Estate and Mortgage Leads come with disguises!

18 months for a client to say no and then come back to the agent 6 to 12 months later and the agent having to pay a 35% referral fee is way to high and way to long. My community is very small. Most of the people here we know so sold.com doesn't really do enough work to justify a 35% referral fee 6 or 12 months after the client initially says no. I cancelled due to this. Your services of literally only providing a phone number and a name is not worth 35% of my livelihood.

Lance was a caring patient realtor that helped me more than he probly realizes very caring and sweet. I would recommend him to anyone I am so grateful for him.

Sold.com sent me lead. I promptly called the seller and I got it closed! There customer service was great and they followed up with me to see how things were going with the lead. This is a great source for seller leads. I am very satisfied with Sold.com and am absolutely looking forward to more seller's leads!

Sold.com was supposed to get paid by title at closing. I gave them all of the info and nothing happened after that.

We had to figure it all out. Just not as clear forward as it could have been.
