SoldByStreet is a free tool for finding sold house prices in England and Wales, street by street. Type in a postcode and see what homes on that street actually sold for. Not asking prices, not online estimates — the real prices recorded when each sale completed, taken from official HM Land Registry records. Most house price sites give you a figure for a town or a whole borough. That's rarely much use. Prices on one road can be far apart from the next road over, and an area average hides it. SoldByStreet works at street level, so you can see what your own street has done, and how it compares to the ones around it. For every street you'll see the typical sale price each year, whether prices are rising or falling, how many homes sold, and what different property types went for. It's the quickest way to answer the questions people really have: what did houses sell for on my street, is this asking price reasonable, has this road gone up or down, what did the house next door go for. Useful whether you're buying and want to know if a price is fair, selling and want to set one, or simply curious what your home might be worth now.
