Excellent product, great customer service experience
The idea of Led Dice is excellent to motivate teens (and smaller kids) to solder. Despite our challenges our experience was great with Soldered, we received full support and we have a great dice to show off :)

The Captive Button 1 is defective
I bought one Inkplate 6. The captive button 1 is defective. It is detected as being touched/pushed all the time by the ESP32, if there was a finger in front of it all the time.
Also, the screen is a bit scratched on the lower bottom :(.

Great service and quick processing
For context, I have mainly bought Dasduino ESP8266s and ESP32s so far, and I am very happy with them.
Soldered processes orders quickly, the prices are good, the MCUs and service have been flawless so far - 5/5.
However, I would recommend sending the MCUs in metallised ESD safe bags. Since I have already ordered a few and encountered no problems, this is obviously not an issue - but it would reassure me as a buyer.

Good product, but documentation is bad.
Product is good (Inkplate 6) but documentation is out of date. I received a completely different product than documented by mechanical drawings and 3D models, so integration is a lot more complicated than I expected since I need to reverse-engineer it to make it fit in my intended casing.

The 2x16 lcd and micro sd card breakout board work, but the sketch that you offer for that board ain't compatible with the dasduino, it would be good if you test your own product compatibility and offer a better solution.
