Soldersticks are so simple to use!
I was really surprised at the ease of use. Glad I saw your ad on FB.

I came across these heat shrink connectors by accident on fb yrs ago, and i am so glad I did, i love love love these things, i have re bought them multiple times, they are so easy to use i absolutely love them and would recommend them to anyone and everyone…..

I ordered the 250 piece kit and some heat shrink and paid for the fast shipping also. Fast shipping is suppose to take 5 business days.

I never heard a response from them until I contacted them 5 days later. and was informed the item had shipped. When I checked the tracking information I say the package had still not been received by USPS for shipping.

I attempted to cancel my order on August 12th but was told they were unable to cancel my order. No reason was given.

On August 19th I emailed and stated I wanted to return the items because I no longer needed them and had obtained a similar product from an alternate vendor. I received no response from this email.

I again emailed on August 24th and again stated I wanted to return the items. They responded on August 25th and demanded to know why I wanted to return the items instead of just letting me return them. I again stated I had obtained a similar product from a different vendor

I never heard back from them since August 25th.

Well, I placed an order on their website, guranteed delivery all that. $164.97 on paypal, so where is my stuff? No phone numbers to call, they don't return emails. Guess I was scammed! Too bad, sounded like a solid product. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Solderstick website added items to my order automatically that I had removed at checkout, the system then charged me for it. I immedaitely requested Solderstick to revise the order, I later requested for a return authorization and credit as I did not want these items nor authorize payment for them. Solderstick has not provided any response to resolve this issue. There is no customer service that responds, no phone, no address location, no way to contact other than email. It took weeks to get the product, very scammy.

Great product . Works as advertised, saved me a lot of time.

All was good shipping and product . Would change the ability to select the ones you use the most.06

I love these things!
I've been using these for some time. I first saw them on Gearz. Purchased a small package and used them up over a couple of years.
I started a new project and needed more but couldn't find the ordering information. I finally found the company name and ordered more than I thought I would use so I don't run out this time.

I think you came up with a great solution and made it super easy. I haven’t tried any of these yet but love the concept.
Does seem a little overpriced. But may be worth it.

Ordered one of their crimping tools with changeable heads and they sent me the cheaper version. Contacted the company by the only method, email, they provide and they asked for picture or video proof. I sent the requested pictures. After a few days of not hearing anything I contacted them again and got a response asking if I was happy with the response I had gotten from one of their employees with whom I had no interaction. Replied asking if the left hand has any idea what the right hand was doing and still have not gotten any response. Filed a case with PayPal and will be contacting my Credit Union to reverse the payment which was twice as much as what they sent me!
