Ordered product as a new customer

Ordered product as a new customer, product arrived by USPS pretty quick. Inspection of what was in the package does not match what is being sold on website, 50 piece set was also 4 connectors short. Tried a few connectors and found that the heat shrink tube ends are partially shrunk on 1 side of each connection making it impossible to use with the larger gauge wires in the specification range. Contacted customer support, no reply, well good bye! Don't waste your money, bank card statement states Hong Kong as the paid to description.

Misleading


I must say I am a bit disappointed . I recieved my order today. I ordered 3 different kits as they were called. Picture showed slotted kit with compartments. Ordered size based on what I commonly use to start. Kits were actually jars. All splices. No connectors. Yet product is called connector kit. So what I have is too many splices and No connectors. These are not in anyway a kit of any sort. Emailed Customer Service, no response.

Don't be ripped off. Investigate a product first.

I thought I was buying a neat product. I didn't check into it. After receiving many emails saying "buy me, buy me" I did. what a mistake. It was an international purchase (hong kong). I paid way more then what you can buy on Amazon. The worst part was that my credit card info was stolen!!! We had to change all of our auto-payments etc. I haven't even used what I bought. I feel like throwing them out, but after spending 4 times what I should have-that would even be a bigger waste. If you get an offer from solderstick.com, I recomend deleting it.

Easy to work with.

Great product. I just cleaned up the wire connections in my car. Solderstick was very easy to install. Amazing connection once the melting process has cured.
