After ordering a pair of shoes, after 3 weeks, I follow up with email as I did not hear anything back and no shipment tracking. No response after another week. I email them again, they replied to me finally saying, in very basic and unprofessional email, my item has been returned to sender, no reason why, and I confirmed the address is correct. I asked what I can do to rectify the situation, and that I am happy to pay extra on shipping or customs to get the shoes. Again, no response. I follow upC again two more times, for them to say, it’ll has been cancelled. Not sure explaining any reason or refund procedure or status.
Finally get an email back saying, “refund made”
As a lawyer myself I shocked this unprofessional company exists in this day and age. Just be better. It doesn’t cost much.

I do not understand why you are saying such a things in the review? We have shipped the order after a few days and there is automatic email that sends you tracking info etc so you had to get it, if not you have to check your spam as there is no issues with sending this email. When we heard from you for the first time the order was already on its way. But as we checked it we have found out it is returning back to the sender as the wrong address was provided (this is what the company says). We did not know it was returning back as it hasnt reached the warehouse yet and we did not get any information until then for that.
When we have received the product in the warehouse we have straight refunded you (again with an email that sent automatically) because we have order processing system that refunds all the returned orders and you need to make an order again. So when you send us email about the integrity you should had the money already back on your credit card.
Also, I wanted to say that your order was first we had from UK so we did not really know what is going to happen until now, doing it as a company is very complicated as we have found out. (We have now removed the option to ship to UK and other countries that are not in EU). Also, you have mentioned that answers were "basic" and "unprofessional". I am sorry if I have used wrong words or did not write it more complicated but english is not my first language. Reacting to your "refund made" - Most of the stuff you wrote here is lies and including this. I am attaching here two e-mails that explained everything and in my opinion, was very clear what is going on.
First email (after it was shipped):
Hello, we have sent it a few days ago and for some reason it is returning back... We will probably have to refund your order once it gets returned back to us.
I will keep you updated.

Perfect experience
Bought an old version of Nike Air Force 1 Low '07 which I couldn't find anywhere else. They were rather pricy but I happily paid for the only ones I could find. They shipped to Germany within a week and were in perfect condition. Can only recommend.

I ordered Addidas Samba in green
I ordered Addidas Samba in green. I couldn't find them anywhere, so I was excited to find them on soleHUB, ok I have paid over the odds for them but it was worth it (supply and demand). It took a few days for them to send them out but came within the week, packaged well and I've had no problems with the delivery. I would definitely use this site again.

I don't think i had a worse experience before! After 2 weeks i wrote them about my order and they were keep telling me that is a delay, the product is not on stock etc...like it was my fault. After that they started to speak really rude via emails, they don't have any idea what a customer support should be like honestly:))), wow wow wow. For sure is an website i will keep in my mind next time! -10 if i could give!
Wow, who is reading your response for sure will think i am a crazy person. But in the end i know the truth and just small websites like yours will treat the clients as you did. Looking for a better price comes with a lot of headaches and blocked money somewhere. If you are so kind and generous, send back the money quicker.
P.S. I said many times to cancel the order and give me back the money.

I am really sorry that you had this experience, we have many happy customer and this is not what we wanted. Unfortunately, the stuff you are saying is not 100% true. You are right about us being 2 weeks late with your order BUT we have sent you multiple email about it and why it is happening and also asked you many times if it is okay with you and if you want to keep the order. You never said you want a refund and dont want it anymore. We had issue in the warehouse and the shoes were not in stock so we tried to outsource it from our external suppliers but as it was older shoe it took longer than expected.
The only time you asked us to cancel and refund the order was last day of our conversation and we did cancel you and refunded the money right away, please stop with the lies.
Usually something like this is not happening, but we are only humans and make mistakes. Really sorry about that and have a nice day.

What is a big advantage is that you do not have to pay the full amount in advance, i.e. by card, you just have to pay it when you pick it up (Slovakia and the Czech Republic), so you don't have to worry about your money / or that you will be robbed or that it is a fraud.
