Good but international delivery (UK) was slow
The order experience on-line was fine and the underwear was packaged well but there was a long delay (weeks) between ordering and delivery to me in London.

Great products.
So a final and honest update.
After a few emails back and fourth to the customer services team I now have my items plus extra as a way of apologising. The items are different to what I origonally wanted but they are here and solendro worked really hard to get this problem sorted out.
I would shop again, the products are great.

I am updating my review because whilst it's now been 20 days and still no items. I have however heard from 'marie@Solendro but only for whomever it is to say. "Sorry international packages are not tracked. Currently I'm down £40 and still nothing.

I have ordered a couple of times and both times I have not received the tracking information. I'm on day 19 now and still haven't received my second order.
I'm not being unreasonable, and I know delivering to the UK will take a little extra time but there is just no communication and I can't get an answer to my emails.
It's a shame.
