Amazing easy system to use and my book came out looking beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Quick delivery, would definitely use them again.

Loved the site and customizable layouts. Final product was perfect, but please could I suggest that you implement a spell checker system!! (My own fault, but it would be handy...)

well my book is going very good but i have some problems that my family treats it like a toy

Really enjoying making my book. I've spent days and days on it so far, but all of a sudden many of my previw tiles emptied. All text disappeared. It is still showing in the edit tool, thank goodness, but I have no idea how to get the preview back. I don't want all my work wasted. It's an important project.
I'm not sure if the site was having mainenance last night, when it happened, however the next day still have no preview an many pages. I have emailed. I'm anxious about this, due to the effort gone into it so far. I need some answers, please

My goal here was to compile a recipe book that I could pass on to all my children. The initial setup wasn't to bad and I worked page by page apart from setting up a book theme but the tutorial and examples was enough for me to understand and get me going, I wont deny the actual setup took quite a bit of work to type out all my recipes and selecting photos, the document formats were limited which made things a little tricky but we got there in the end. The final result was fantastic, i was extremely happy with the result, the quality exceeded my expectations and was a fantastic present for all my kids. Thank you Solentro !

Excellent Service the website was easy to use and navigate loads of options once purchased I was offered a discount on additional books which was brilliant so I could order of extra copy for the family it arrived early and the actual book was of a very high standard and quality thank you very much.

Solentro is amazing. Not only are the books of the highest quality (at really good pricing) but the speed of delivery is honestly incredible. I ordered a book about 12 days before Christmas which they had promised would arrive in time and it arrived only after about 1 week of waiting. I have used them several times now and will continue to do so for many years

I had a book of my poetry created and I am so pleased with the end product.
The website is good because it allows you to go in, create, review, amend however many times you want before submitting the finished project.
Highly recommend.

Simple to use as a novice, a little fidgety to made edits but if you're willing to put in the time really great results. Only nitpick no real package updates before dispatch or to confirm delivery.

Book print was not as good as expected. I was planning on ordering up to 10 but decided to order one see how it turned out first. Disappointed. Also worked out very expensive

Thank you for your swift response. I have just been back on your website and I couldn't find any shipping prices. That is what needs to be more transparent.

Ditto with regards to the price of the books. I did the basic 6"- 8" stapled book and yes, it does say from £9.80, but that wasn't the cost of my book at the end. There was no indication (that I could see) when the price would rise (ie number of pages used), and by how much.

So as much as I think your product is great, the pricing is not transparent in my opinion.

The quality of the printing was excellent, both the colours and the quality of paper. The only niggle I have (and it was quite a big niggle) was that the original price of the book I thought I was having printed rose by nearly double and the shipping was costly to the UK. Both of these might have been me not looking carefully enough, but after putting in so much work I went ahead in any case. As I say, it might have been my error, but check carefully - otherwise the quality was excellent.

I’ve used Solent to print a number of bespoke books and latest was full colour picture book. It’s not the cheapest product on market but this is offset by outstanding quality, easy to use ordering system and reliability. Can highly recommend

I made and ordered a book for my grandson for Christmas, the process was easy and customer services were attentive and efficient. My only complaint is that the finished book was not quite the quality I was expecting for the price. Overall I would recommend it.
