Ordered a part for Titan power washer. Excellent service delivered on time.

Needed new tines for my old electic lawn raker which are difficult to source.
Found them on Solent tools website at an excellent price and they were delivered in a couple of days.
Lawn raker now good as new.

Do not deal with this company. It has poor communication. The standard, size and quality of the goods ordered were poor. You will wait a very long time for a refund and will have to chase for any communication ref late delivery, refund etc - very disappointed!
Problem resolved 4/01/2022. Slow due to Covid but now sorted out.

Needed a new lever for my supposed Qualcast M2EB1537M mower. It originally came from Homebase but was also sold by Argos. All the Qualcast levers are different from mine but I eventually found the lever at solent tools.
Was a little worried about ordering as there was no pictures but it's identical (and possibly a little sturdier)
Arrived in 2 days and was perfect.
Even came with the spring, in a little bag next to the lever

Excellent first time experience with solenttools.co.uk. I needed a replacement belt for a Russell Hobbs bread maker. Part arrived next day, Cheaper than eBay! and the quality was far superior to the original part. Unfortunately, the belt was a touch too loose when fitted. I emailed customer services and received a timely response and resolution. Turned out there were different sized belts for my model, depending on the motor etc. Anyway, they sent an alternative belt next day, and it fitted perfectly. No hassle, no complaints, just great service and quality parts. Thanks!

Needed a set of brushes to get my neighbour's old Silverline belt sander working & save me buying a new one, could only find them at Solent Tools or eBay. I always prefer buying from a business like them & I couldn't be happier with the experience. Easily found brushes for the specific model and postage was I think free 2nd class or just £1 for 1st class. They arrived very quickly within a day or two & the sander is working perfectly now. An excellent company who I'd highly recommend to anyone.

I needed a replacement drive belt for an old B&Q power planer that I use very occasionally. Really struggled to find help and the original belt had perished and was, hence, in fragments so I couldn't use this to help.
Luckily I found a blog thread (or something or other) that mentioned Solent Tools. I was a bit sceptical but for less than a tenner I thought "let's give it a go".
Advised that it would take 2-6 working days to arrive but came through the letterbox the next morning. Fits and works perfectly. Thank you.

I was in need of an urgent replacement drive belt for a discontinued Challenge sander and was having no luck from the DIY stores, manufacturer or the big online giants and it looked like there was no alternative but to buy a new sander.

In one last attempt I searched through google for the sanders model number and came across this site selling a compatible one for less than £8 and the description said it had been tried and tested to fit my machine.

With free delivery within a few days or just £1 for Royal mail first class I bought one.

Great decision, the belt was delivered a couple of days later and fitted perfectly.

I managed to get the job done without any hiccups so very thankful I came across this site.
