I visited the shop with a memory module problem on my grandson’s computer. They quickly identified and fixed the problem. The guys here are knowledgeable, have good expertise and are very friendly.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I cannot speak highly enough of Tyler who came to take my old laptop away and transfer all the data onto a new laptop. He was so helpful to a woman who knows very little about computers and I was very appreciative of his patience and his expertise. I can recommend this company very highly. Thank you.

Massive Thank You to Nigel and his team, for firstly sorting out some slow running and other concerns I had,with my laptop, straight way, and at no cost !! While I was there purchased a printer but was unable to set up when got home, phoned and Tyler sorted remotely for me. Always worry about buying computer/ printer stuff as confess to not knowing too much about it all, But Thanks to Solentwaycomputers will always return.

Solent Way Computers quickly solved a problem with our laptop. This was the second time we'd used their service and both times they did an excellent job. On this occasion, the problem was resolved in less than ten minutes and they very kindly didn't charge us, though we would have been happy to pay. I can highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if needed.

my battery was not charging and took it into the workshop. Nigel discovered what was wrong very quickly although i did not understand what he was suggesting and had to go back. They were really very good and helpful solving what was a serious issue for me and doing it free is charge.

I phoned with a computer problem. They were very helpful from the start and quickly suggested I pop down to look at the laptop. At the visit they could not be more helpful. Te fault was diagnosed in a few minutes, fixed and tested and I was on my way. They are brilliant young people down there. Highly recommended.
By the way, they would not accept a payment.
That's what quality sevice look and feels like.

First time I have used Solent Way computers and most certainly will not be the last. Visited with a domestic printer issue, the guys dealt with it there and then, as fortunately it turned out to be a minor issue. I was very impressed with their professional help and support, along with their premises. We're looking to replace a desktop for small business use and I am now ,from this initial experience, more than inclined to return to Solent way Computers for a quote. Thank you so much guys

Easy to use website, great detail on each laptop. I've used this company three times and have never been let down. Delivery date and time was spot on. The laptop is like new. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing from again. Highly recommended.

Excellent assistance with a Bluetooth outage. After an update the Bluetooth on my laptop disconnected and Tyler was very quick to locate the cause of the problem and rectify this. It is very reassuring to know that Solent Way Computers are at the end of the phone and quite local for assistance.

The guys at Solent Way Computers were extremely helpful, efficient and professional when Windows crashed on me. Although my laptop was toast and I thought I had lost everything, they set me up with a new laptop and were able to find and transfer the majority of my files and folders over in an extremely timely manner, even gave me some really helpful tips going forward. Thank you all for all your help! They will definitely be the first people I think of & go to if I ever need any computer help again.

The hard drive on my laptop crashed and it displayed the message "2100 detection error on hdd0 (main HDD)". The data on that disk were for reports that were very important to myself and others. I needed it repaired immediately and the data reconstructed. Solent Way Computers were the only ones open at that time (Sat afternoon), and were willing to start work immediately. After a week and a specialist subcontractor they resurrected the whole disk. I was extraordinarily pleased and relieved. I can recommend them wholeheartedly and I will cheerfully use them again.
