Please beware of this scam company the materials they use for these bags is trash
The bags should sell nomore than $50

The product came at a reasonable time and attractive price! The bag is very roomy and the quality is excellent!

Great size and high quality. Has everything needed for all travel needs. Areas for shoes, clothes, laptop, iPad, chargers etc.

I can’t lie I thought they lying about the bag and everything but it’s really holds my 10.5 sneakers with no problem so much space now I don’t need a big suitcase just this bag and my lil mini suitcase best bag EVER!!!!!

They have great customer service and the bags appear to be high quality

Very poor quality. Haven’t even used the bag on a trip yet and the leather is cracking. Literally just pulled it out of the box and took to the gym once. Very cheap leather if it’s even a leather. For the price would not recommend. This thing is gonna look rough after a couple of trips. Not the wearing you’d expect this soon.

This company's a scam. I ordered luggage in April and they never sent it out even as of mid-june. I tried reaching them on every platform and they ignored me and even blocked me. They didn't even respond or issue me a refund until I started harassing them on LinkedIn. I had to report them to my bank. Do not take a risk with this company. Dangerous, risky stuff. I almost lost hundreds of dollars.

Ps. Even when they finally do refund you, they're going to deduct a restock fee. How are you going to deduct a restocking fee when you never even sent me a suitcase in the first place, and you admitted that? They're blaming it on tariffs, and not having inventory. If you don't have the inventory, what's the restocking fee? Scam artists

The company was super quick to ship out products and the customer service is outstanding! I really love the set and wish I would have ordered years ago! Upon receiving my set, I instantly loved the layout and the quality material of the bags. I was able to safely pack 6 pairs of shoes (men size 11) and my toiletries in the backpack and another 2 pair with my clothes in the duffle bag. Highly recommend if you love traveling with multiple pairs of shoes and need a way to keep them organized and protected.

This has quietly become my go-to for everything. I started using their backpack to go back and forth to chemo with my daughter who’s fighting cancer. It holds everything we need, and somehow still doesn’t feel bulky or in the way. I also have their duffle bag and the rolling suitcase/backpack combo, and honestly it’s all I use now. I didn’t expect to care about bags this much, but when you’re living in and out of hospitals, you learn quick what holds up and this brand really does. Durable, organized, easy to carry when I’m juggling a million things and two toddlers as a single mom. It’s not just luggage for me, it’s part of the routine that makes hard days feel a little smoother.

I love my Sole Premise bags! I have four of them, including the fanny pack, daily backpack, carry-on, and roller carry-on. Once I received my first one, I was hooked. They may have been designed with shoes in mind but this mama uses them to keep the family organized while traveling. They fit so much!!! I highly recommend Sole Premise!

Beautiful bags! I get tons of compliments on them everywhere I go. Being an ex-athelete with size 15 shoes, I’ve had a lifetime of struggle being able to travel with shoes, both casual and my sneakers. Until I found Sole Premise. The customer service is also excellent. I had an issue with a bag and they were able to quicky replace it. I highly recommend these bags. It’s the “only” way I travel now!

I've had my first bag for 7 years and still travel with it to this day. I started my collection with the signature poly and ive used it to not only travel myself but use the compartments to section off my kids items aswell. I have the black carrier and monogram toiletry which I absolutely love! Not only are the items stylish but so functional. Looking forward to adding to my collection!

Purchased the Grey Commuter for use on a flight I had. Bag was perfect. I was able to utilize the bag as my personal item with no issues on my flight with Delta. Quality is great and has held up for weekend getaways and using daily as my work bag. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a travel backpack or daily backpack.

They like to take your money even if the product is out of stockbut refuse to refund your money money after they cancelled your order 5 months later. Bad customer service and just keep lying to you.

Made an accidental purchase but they don't offer refunds even tho i asked for one less than 30minites after realizing yet they still shipped the item.

We purchased a bag on August 13th and within 2 weeks, the threading at the handle started to fall apart. See attached photo.

We immediately tried to contact customer service via their online chat feature, but even after multiple attempts, never got any sort of response. Next we attempted to email support, where we finally got an answer requesting photos of the damage. After sending them multiple photos, they again stopped responding to us. 2 weeks go by, we reach out again asking what the status is, only to be told to send the bag back and apparently on our own dime. We responded back asking that a label be provided, as it took us reaching out multiple times with no response to finally get to this point. Again, ghosted by customer service.

This week, I then tried leaving a comment on their IG asking how we get support with customer service just ignoring our requests. I receive a DM, immediately answer providing my order number...and if you couldn't guess by now, ghosted again. They even deleted my comment on their post asking how I could get support.

Being that we are repeat customers and have purchased multiple bags from this company, this is extremely disappointing. There is no excuse for just outright ignoring customers and refusing to help in a situation where the product has clearly failed/has some sort of manufacturing defect. We're just barely under the advertised 90-day warranty and it appears SolePremise is just going to let that pass, so that they can use that as a final excuse to avoid helping us at all.
