Has all features you need. I can really recommend their plugins. Customer Service / Support was very helpful 10/10.

Great support from Matt. Very responsive and extremely helpful with my issue.

The customer service was quick to answer. They asked for further details to sort things out and escalated my issue in a timely manner. They helped diagnose the problem, finding it wasn't an issue with their plug-ins, but actually a server/hosting issue. They then gave information and wording for me to pass on to my hosting server who then could resolve the problem. Without Solid digging into it, I had nothing to go on to tell my Hosting company that it was a server issue. Solid Support was patient and explained things clearly and persisted until the issue was resolved.

I have had various issues when using Solid Backup, and every time I reached out, the problem was found and solved. It was always a setting that I had changed, or something on my host's side.

My problem turned out to be several problems. (Not infrequent as devices and software keep upgrading!) Online support from SolidWP turned out to be persistent, thorough, and UNDERSTANDABLE for this amateur! (Full sentences written in excellent English.) Even though not all the little glitches were overcome, I felt heard and taken care of. A most positive experience.

Dealing with SolidWP Tech Support is always a pleasure. Responses are prompt, options are varied, follow-up is thorough.

Although I'm not a direct customer, their plugin interfered with our platform's (Pactic Dashboard) syncing, so I contacted them to find a solution. My contact was Shane Tiedra and they were really helpful and proactive! Excellent customer service, I can only reccomend!

Super patient and helped me fix a recurring problem I've been dealing with for a while.

I was having a multitude of issues on dozens of websites. Much of it was inconsistent and difficult to narrow down. The Support team worked with me for a while to help me diagnose my problems. Their response time and attention to detail were impressive. Ultimately, it was determined that the caching plugin I was using was causing most of my issues. Even after we solved it, their support team reached out to see if everything was functioning properly.

You don't see this kind of dedication to support from most software companies. SolidWP has gone above and way beyond.

Customer support is fantastic! I opened a customer support ticket and received a response, from a real person, almost immediately. What a relief it was to interact with support people who were so experienced with their product. My issues, that had been occurring for a few months, were resolved in a few hours.
