Hot Yoga Sculpt with Becky is really…

Hot Yoga Sculpt with Becky is really improving both my strength and flexibility, while also deepening my overall yoga practice. Becky’s encouragement makes it easy to stay motivated and to fully engage in the class. The Wednesday or Friday 9:30am start is perfect — I may fit in a run or swim beforehand and still move on with the rest of my busy day feeling accomplished and energised.

Sol Lodge offers Wednesday hot yoga…

Sol Lodge offers Wednesday hot yoga classic and Friday is hot yoga mix. I have found both types of yoga physically demanding in different ways. Becky is there to encourage to practice to one’s own ability and the studio energy and environment is second to none.

I cannot recommend Sol Lodge enough

I cannot recommend Sol Lodge enough. I have always been hesitant to try Pilates and yoga as I’ve always been into high intensity workouts but wow.! The change I have seen my body shape after just a few weeks is incredible.
I have tried both sculpt Pilates and hot yoga and they compliment each other so well. The infrared heat makes you feel so good after.

Amazing - would recommend!

I did the sculpt hot Pilates class with Emma followed by a sound bath with Becky. Emma was so motivating and had great energy, the class flew by and it was so enjoyable and I really felt like I had a great workout.
The sound bath was so amazing, Becky made me feel completely relaxed and at ease & I had the best sleep ever that evening.
Will 100% be returning and have already told lots of friends!
