Ordered two tops:

The first one was far too small for a large size, really low quality material and the zip at the top cut my neck All the tops — which were meant to be oversized, loose-fit style — fit in the body but were squeezing my arms so tight I couldn’t move them properly. All the pants fit me in the legs but were gaping at my waist, far beyond what a belt could fix. I have fairly average proportions so this is very strange. It's a zero star for me the worst site ever, don't even bother to order anything, they look good in the pictures but they are really terrible when you get them, sizes are all wrong, colors are not the same and the quality is Terrible, the customer support is Terrible i tried to send my order back and I couldn't, I ended up throwing everything i ordered away..trash trash trash ,never again

Ordered something back in June of 2020 and the order never came, contacted them multiple times and they said it was delivered. It was not and they would not answer any emails after that or refund or ship another item. Very dissatisfied and would never recommend them to anyone !!

Don’t use your time or money on this !!!

Bought a printed denim jeans quality look great and design but what I actually received was a pair of silk pants that could past off a pj the design looked like a kid made them at school nothing like what was advertised tried to send them a complaint through contact us the email address doesnt exist I've sent them messages on messenger no reply I won't buy from here again and no one else should I'll be contacting trading standards as this company is ripping people off taking there money and given then really poor quality of stock by using false advertising

Bought a number of shirts, all arrived with serious defects, nothing like were advertised and the quality very poor. Spent a third of the purchase price to return the goods and still haven't received my refund, the've been promising for months and each time trying to give me a voucher instead. Criminals!

Worst shopping experience ever. Sizes don't match there website and returns policy is threatening. Also you have to pay postage.

I wish I would have seen the reviews before I purchased my shirts- I payed for 4 T shirts and only got 3. They took over 2 months to arrived and I would have ben ok with the waiting time if the shirts where anything like the pictures but sadly they are not.
They are way too small and made out of cheap material, the printing on them is not clear and not center in one of them.
Please don’t waist your money .....

Ordered two shirts and got them 4 MONTHS later!!!! When I received them I was shocked how bad the quality was and it looked like a 5 year old sewed them together. DO MOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SOLO CAKE!! 0-5

I ordered 7 shirts from them....4 months ago.... surprised this company is even still around.
Still waiting on 2 shirts. No timeline on shipping. Return e-mails have been quick but are most likely automated responses.
The shirts I have received are complete knockoffs and poorly made.
Chinese garbage.

I had an order that was refunded (value 113USD) and was issued a coupon code on June 26th. When I added the code to my new order it didn't work. I have now emailed these id%ots easy 25 times provided screenshots of the error etc. They continually replay back with the same questions asking for screenshots or telling to cancel the order and they will give a 10%coupon. I wouldn't buy a thing from this company. WORST SERVICE EVER, A COMPLETE JOKE!!!!!

I bought 3 T-Shirts for around £50, the items arrived but fitted terribly and were nothing like on the website.
I asked for a refund and was offered a £15 refund and to keep the T-Shirts, as they were no good I again asked for a refund, they made another counter offer of £20 refund and keep the T-Shirts, again, no good to me.
I have insisted that thet take the T-Shirts back and give me a full refund, which they eventually agreed to. It cost me £16 to send the items back to China, its been 2 weeks since they were signed for, still no refund.

Very dodgy site, the e mail address changes every time you try and contact them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Total scam! Purchased a T-shirt and the material was shockingly rubbish! Sent it back but only offered a part refund?!
Didn’t get my $32.99 back even though I sent the shirt back as tracked! It was redirected from Ashford to god knows where!
It’s shocking that company’s like this are still allowed to operate!!

I recently ordered a tee shirt from this place. Ordered a 3xL. First off, it took them over a month and a few angry emails to get the shirt. Once I received it... The 3xL was a large (children’s large). So I sent them an email expressing my frustration. They tell me to send a picture of the garment. I did. And they replied to me and said keep the shirt. Sorry for the inconvenience. Not offering me a refund. Instead they tell me that they will apply a “credit” of $8 towards my next order 😂! This company is a joke and needs to be reported. SCAM SCAM TOTAL SCAM!!!!

I didn't receive all items of my order.

I had several emails telling me the remaining item was not in stock.

They eventually informed me that a refund would be issued as there would be no stock in the near future.

After contacting them to find out why I hadn't received the refund yet; they informed me I had already received my item (using the tracking information from the other items in my order which did arrive as "proof").

This is contrary to them sending emails telling me it was out of stock and hadn't been shipped.

The emails saying it was out of stock were weeks after the "received" dates on the tracking link.

So they obviously acknowledge it was never sent at all.

Avoid at all costs if you don't want to be scammed out of your money.

AVOID I totally agree with all comments made by other reviewers my email to them below , I don’t expect it to make a difference to there business model - they are online crooks

On examination of the shirts supplied I have to say the design is NOT of the same quality as depicted on the images on the Solocake Webpage , can you explain why you advertise an online item and then supply what is VERY CLEARLY an inferior product - who’s actual copyright are you ripping off ? is this really your business model to mislead, defraud and disappoint

I’m very dissatisfied and angry not about the money, but the way you think it is a legitimate way to make money - it’s very misleading and is in fact pure and simply a rip off, don’t you get it,,, people work hard for there money and you , your colleagues and company abuse that trust

No stars and no repeat order

One final point , can you direct me to where I can buy the real thing - I.e. the original designers and manufacturers as clearly they need support why you work to defraud and rip off everyone you can

Shocking I feel as if I have been take granted for. The garments are such poor quality, everything is in $$ so I thought it was arriving from America with a .com website as well so I had trust thinking it was going to be good quality, when it arrived and it was from China i was thinking what’s this, then when I tried them on my heart sank, I knew I had been taken for, upset yes but what can you do. Please do not buy.

All scams. Ridiculous, my order never came.
