All PCGS coins displayed on their website are top grade 70 - when you purchase the items they send you coins that are graded significantly lower - usually 65.
You do not get what you pay for and I think the premiums for PCGS coins are excessive, you can join PCGS yourself and get coins graded for 1/10th of the premiums charged by Solomon.
