In relation to updating the software in my Kostal inverter, an error occurred and the inverter basically "blacked out". I called SolPlus and got immediate very high level of service. (Thanks to Victor and Svend)
SolPlus kept me updated all the way through the “event” and gave the warranty-case really high priority to be fixed soonest possible. (Immediate)
Kostal ended up sending a new inverter with new 5 years warranty. SolPlus got it up and running with no delay, even national holiday was taken in to use.

I had installed the solar panel from Solplus on September... Initially Kasper promised me that he will take care of end to end and I dont have to do anything (including notifying the power distribution company, getting GSRN number, connecting to the grid etc). The team came as per the original agreed date and installed the system... Once the payment is done, there was nothing from Kasper... I had to constantly follow up with him instead of he is getting back to me with the status (as per his initial promise)... The document he submitted to Radius has installation date of November 11th whereas the original date was in September... No proper response from him on that... also after almost 3 months he informed me that I had to contact nettopower to get credit for the power I generate (as against his original statement of netmetering would be done by the power distributor)... he then got me the GSRN number after 4 months and promised he will write on behalf of me to Nettopower. 2 weeks passed by and there was no update from him.. Again I had to contact him only to know that he had not done as per his promise and I have to contact nettopower to sign up a contract... Overall my experience with solplus was very bad and I wish I had done some more diligence on my part with some more references before decided to go with Solplus... I will highly recommend to search for other vendors before going with Solplus
